All Surgeries are by appointment. For urgent appointments we have a Walk-In Service.  See appointments on this site for times of these Clinics.

For routine appointments you are free to see the Clinician of your choice and these appointments may be booked in advance.  If you have an illness and need to be seen that day please tell the receptionist.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the Surgery as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. If you do not attend 3+ appointments in the space of 6 months we will unfortunately not allow you prebook any more appointments, and you will be asked to use the Walk-In-Clinic if ever you need to be seen.

Out of Hours
If you need to contact us when we are closed and need medical help fast, but it is not life threatening call: 111

You can call 111 any time of the day.

The call is free from landlines and mobiles.

For life threatening situations or if someone is seriously injured you should call: 999.

Disabled parking is available with wheelchair access.

Welcome to Eltham Park Surgery

For your information: The Walk-in-Clinic is no longer held on Fridays. It will still be running at the usual time of 9am-11am Monday - Thursday.
